  • Purchasing our products means you have accepted our terms & conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in color and size specifications.

Footwear: must return in original conditions, no marks or stains. Returns must be made with original shoes box without any postage labels placed on the box.

  • If the returned item/s does not meet the above standards, NE has the right to deny.

 

Faulty Items

  • All items are carefully inspected before being sent out to customers to guarantee a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
  • We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault or other visible faults.
  • It can take up to 7 business days to process refunds

 

How To Return

  • Please post back the unwanted garments, attached with original online receipt to the following address.
  • Please take care sending as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer credit or refunds on lost parcels
  • How to Return a garment. Important. Email natashasemporium@gmail.com first for instructions on how to return garments – subject heading RETURNS. Do NOT return without receiving your ” Returns Code”.

Pre – Orders

When ordering a ‘pre-order’ item, you must check out and pay for the order separately to other items you would like to buy. This will allow us to ship your other non pre-order items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date.
